About the role

This is the opportunity for a service coordinator to join their dedicated and highly experienced team.

You will be responsible for processing and scheduling new company referrals and maintaining a mutually beneficial relationship with external stakeholders. Duties you will be required to perform include initial booking and scheduling of all new client referrals, and effectively ensuring that clinician calendars are always booked to capacity. You must have a broad knowledge and understanding of business operations for appropriate decision-making and relationship-building.

Skills and experience

  • Confident phone communication skills
  • Strong relationship-building skills and a problem-solving attitude
  • Adaptable and fluid in all working conditions
  • 2+ years of previous experience working in a busy administration environment
  • Solid all-around administration skills
  • Demonstrated experience with booking and scheduling
  • Maintain healthy relationships with external stakeholders
  • Accurate typing skills
  • Well-presented and strong communication skills
  • Experience in medical management software and Microsoft Office 365 or similar
  • Current Blue Card & NDIS Worker Screen, or eligibility to obtain (commencement of this position is contingent on possessing an NDIS Worker Screen)
  • Experience/knowledge of medical terminology/NDIS will be highly regarded. However, candidates who have sales, hospitality and customer service background who have worked effectively with clients with a disability will also be considered
