About the role

There are multiple opportunities for psychologists or provisional psychologists to join their dedicated and highly experienced teams across multiple locations in Australia.

For this role, you must understand that improving the mental health, well-being and resilience of all Australians means working outside of the traditional treatment paradigm, and you must believe in a strengths-based approach to therapy. If you are passionate about improving the sustainable well-being and development of children and young adults through a developmentally informed approach, then in return you will get an evidence-based collegiate and supportive professional culture.

You will provide comprehensive psycho-social education and assessments, treatment, therapy, and support to clients and their families. The company caters to a wide range of clients, both children and adults, ensuring they are receiving the highest possible level of individualised service. This includes assessment, evaluations and integrating psychological treatment and therapy in holistic client support.

Skills and experience  

  • Formal qualification and study in Psychology or related disciplines,
  • Current AHPRA registration to practise in Psychology or related disciplines (Full or Provisional)
  • Experience working in the provision of mental health treatment, assessment, or community-based service delivery,
  • Experience with working with the NDIS client cohort is useful
  • Experience in assessing, treating children, adolescents or adults
  • Passionate about delivering a high level of support to all your clients
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Ability to develop and grow genuine relationships with clients and team members
  • Personal integrity
  • Superior time management.  
  • A current, unrestricted driver’s licence and access to reliable private transport.
