  7. Be below 45 years of age, unless exempted.
  8. Meet the necessary health requirements for yourself and any family members included in the visa application.
  9. Meet the necessary character requirements for yourself and family members aged 16 years and above included in the visa application.
  10. If you are 18 years or older, you must have read or been explained the contents of the Life in Australia booklet and signed an Australian Values Statement, affirming your commitment to respecting the Australian way of life and adhering to Australian laws.
  11. If you have any outstanding debts to the Australian Government, you must have either repaid them or have a formal arrangement in place for repayment.
